Young Presidents Organization

On May 15th, 2013 Galerie d'Orsay opened our doors to host a private YPO spouse's event.

Attendees had the unique opportunity to learn and explore with Elizabeth DaCosta Ahern, a highly celebrated painter, printmaker, and art instructor. Elizabeth had the privilege of studying under Helen Frankenthaler and she currently teaches at the DeCordova Museum School with works in their permanent collection. It was a wonderful morning of color and creation. We had the unique opportunity of experiencing Elizabeth's passion, her inspiration, and having her teach her unique process.

The 2012 Junior League Boston Show House

The 2012 Junior League of Boston Show House

This was our 25th celebrated design showcase and was expected to draw over 10,000 visitors. The Potter Estate, on the grounds of the Jackson-Walnut Park Schools in Newton, was transformed by 35 prominent local design firms who have generously donated their time and materials. Each of the 36 design areas of this stately home and grounds was re-designed while maintaining the character of this 1867 property.
