Bio
SEN-1’s life as a street artist began at age 12, when he and his crew “graffiti bombed” buildings and NYC subway trains in the ‘80s. As part of the influential IBM crew (Incredible Bombing Masters), his bold tags and artful exchanges on subway trains made him a well-known figure during the peak of NYC graffiti culture, earning him global recognition as a Master of Graffiti despite the city’s crackdown. Balancing family life in the ’90s, SEN-1 continued to create, gaining collectors like Fabulous and Rita Ora, collaborating with fashion designer Rachel Roy and major brands such as Macy’s, and being commissioned by figures like Michelle Obama through her Let’s Move organization. He also co-produced and hosted the TV show “The Message” and worked with artists like Joey Bada$$ and Jay-Z’s producer Ski Beatz, using his art to spread positive messages.
