American artist Kathy Buist masterfully captures the essence of nature through layers of oil and mixed media on canvas. Her atmospheric effects often bring us tranquility in her ethereal skies and shores, pastures and horizons through her perceptive nuance of color, texture, and light. One of Galerie d’Orsay’s top living artists, Kathy's work is celebrated by collectors around the world. She’s won praise from The New York Times and is represented in museums and galleries throughout the country, including the Parrish Art Museum in Southampton, NY, and the Long Island Museum & Andrews Museum in NC.
