Bio
A Slovenian-born American painter, Bruno Zupan is renowned for his radiant depictions of light in landscapes and cityscapes painted en plein air. His vibrant, expressive brushwork captures the essence of places like Mallorca, Venice, and Paris, translating his emotional connection to light and nature into vivid canvases. Celebrated with over 150 solo exhibitions worldwide and numerous published graphic works, Zupan was awarded life membership in the Society of French Artists and honored with retrospectives, including at the Columbus Museum of Art. Zupan has paintings in various public collections and cultural institutions across the United States, France, Spain, and Switzerland.
