Galerie d'Orsay at the Ogunquit Museum of American Art

Galerie d'Orsay is honored to have been both a participant and sponsor of Ogunquit Museum of American Art's "Art By The Sea Auction and Gala: Cheers to 70 Years" this summer. The gallery donated an oil painting, titled "Waves Breaking", courtesy of artist Kathy Buist, and an original Matisse Pasiphae linocut to help the OMAA raise over $300,000!

Galerie d'Orsay Co-Director Martha Folsom and Fine Art Consultant Ben Flythe joined the exciting event which included a vibrant reception, both a live and silent auction, and a beautiful live painting demonstration. It was an inspiring evening with art lovers and supporters attending from all around New England.

A special thank you to friends of the gallery, Elizabeth Cutler & Joanna Manikas, for their support and for allowing us to play a part in such a marvelous celebration!
