Our winter exhibition celebrates our fascination with storytelling and the tomes from which they come. Discover Pablo Picasso’s wife Jacqueline enveloping herself in a tale, Tolla Inbar’s sculpture Accumulating Knowledge, and the Modern Masters’ fascination with the illustrated folio. This show features the greatest stories in history told visually, including Rembrandt’s Bible studies, Salvador Dali’s Mythology Suite, Marc Chagall’s rapturing love story of Daphnis & Chloe, and several works from what art historians call the ultimate ‘art livre’ - Henri Matisse’s famed Jazz Suite! This February join us and revel in these stories, and our love of books, through the eyes of the most influential artists of all time.
